Kim Clarke
I'm Kim Clarke - MCIPD qualified, 25 years in HR, and late-diagnosed ADHD with Autistic traits. For most of my career I was the person helping everyone else figure out their working life, while quietly struggling with my own. I knew something wasn't quite right. I just didn't know what.Getting my diagnosis was my anagnorisis moment. Suddenly, everything made sense. That's why I set up this practice - because I know what it feels like to be capable, creative, and completely overwhelmed all at once. And I know that with the right support, things can genuinely change.I'm currently completing my Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification and specialist ADHD coaching training, and I bring over two decades of HR experience to every session.Qualifications:

What is anagnorisis?
What is anagnorisis?
Anagnorisis is a Greek term meaning a moment of deep recognition or insight - the point where something important suddenly becomes clear. It’s the kind of shift you see in stories when a character discovers something that changes everything, like when Luke Skywalker learns that Darth Vader is his father.
For many people with ADHD, receiving a diagnosis can feel like their own anagnorisis: a moment that brings clarity, direction and possibility. For people in business, having clarity about what is holding them back, and why, can be hugely powerful.
Anagnorisis Coaching offers a safe, confidential and non‑judgemental space to explore those insights, make sense of what they mean for you, and begin shaping the future you want with greater confidence and self‑understanding.
